Experience
Jana Schuhmacher studied Media Sciences at the University of Paderborn. Various concurrent activities in the media sector, among others research assistant at the Heinz Nixdorf Institute Paderborn and intern in the press and communications department of the German-Belgian-Luxembourgian Chamber of Commerce in Brussels. Between 2006 and 2011 she was working in publishing, where she focused on projects on electronic publishing and developed hybrid publishing concepts for university presses and other scientific publishers. Since 2011 junior researcher at the Competence Center Emerging Technologies at Fraunhofer Institute for Systems and Innovation Research ISI.
